Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Klont website. Work we do for clients is covered by a separate written quote or agreement, which takes priority over these terms.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Klont (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in South Africa, registration number 2026/736173/07, 11 Skulp Ave, Tergniet, Western Cape, 6525. Email: contact@klont.co.za. Phone: 061 042 7250.
2. Using the website
You may browse this website and contact us through it for lawful purposes. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, or send us unlawful or abusive content.
3. Information on the site
The site describes our services in general terms. It is not an offer or a quote. A price, scope or delivery date applies only when we confirm it to you in writing. The chat demonstration is a simulation with a made-up business and scripted answers. It shows what such an assistant can look like and gives no real information about any business, order or product.
4. Contacting us
The contact form submits your enquiry directly to us using our email delivery provider. A successful submission displays a confirmation on this website. If you see an error, your message has not been confirmed as sent; please try again or email contact@klont.co.za. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
5. Intellectual property
The Klont name, logo, text, design and code on this website belong to Klont (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. Please ask us before copying or reusing anything else. Third-party materials and open-source software remain subject to their applicable licences. Nothing in these terms restricts permissions granted under those licences.
6. Links
This site may link to websites run by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
7. Availability and liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep this website accurate and available. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults or events outside our control, and information may need updating. Please contact us to confirm details before relying on them for a project decision.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not take away rights or remedies you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other applicable law.
8. Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You can raise a dispute with us at contact@klont.co.za so that we can try to resolve it. Either party may approach a South African court with jurisdiction over the dispute. Nothing in these terms prevents you from using a complaint process or other remedy available under applicable law.
